Artichoke Appetizers Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 14-ounce cans water-packed artichoke hearts, drained | ||
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Dash of tarragon vinegar | ||
Directions
Place artichokes between paper towels and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
Cut into quarters.
Combine mayonnaise, cheese and vinegar in mixing bowl.
Add artichokes and stir gently just to coat.
Turn into glass pie plate and microwave on High 2 minutes, turning dish if necessary to cook evenly.
