2 tbsp (30 ml) butter
1/2 lb (250 g) mushrooms, sliced
1/2 celery stalk, very finely chopped

2 slices crisp bacon, chopped
1 garlic clove, smashed and chopped
3 tbsp (45 ml) ricotta cheese

Directions
Arrange artichoke bottoms on stoneware platter; set aside.
Place butter, mushrooms, celery and onion in casserole.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Mix in bacon, garlic and cheese; season well.
Fill artichoke bottoms with mixture.
Microwave 2 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH uncovered.
