Ingredients

 Artichoke hearts1 Can (10oz), chopped
 Eggs6
 1 cup grated Jack cheese with jalapenos
 Saltine crackers12 To taste, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x9-inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into squares.
