Artichoke Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
6 eggs
1 cup grated Jack cheese with jalapenos
12 saltine crackers, crushed
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x9-inch pan.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into squares.
