3 In a cocktail shaker, add some ice and pour 2 oz of applejack.
4 Rub the lemon on your work surface and cut it in half to get the maximum juice.
5 Squeeze the lemon juice into the cocktail shaker.
6 Roll the orange on the work surface and cut it into half.
7 Squeeze the orange juice and combine it with the applejack and lemon juice.
8 Add the maple syrup in.
9 Shake really well to get some froth on the top.

SERVING
