Ingredients

 1 1/2 pounds cooked, skinned and boned chicken
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 envelope instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
 Tomatoes3 Medium, diced
 1 green chili pepper, diced fine, or 1 shredded pimento
 Onion flakes2 Tablespoon, dehydrated
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), mashed
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Saffron1/4 Teaspoon
 2 cups cooked enriched rice

Directions

Dice chicken and set aside.
Make a sauce by combining the next 9 ingredients.
Cook rapidly for 15 minutes.
Turn off heat, stir in rice and chicken, mix well and divide evenly.
