4 t butter
1 frying chicken, cut up and seasoned
1 pkg. (8 oz.) chicken-flavored rice-macaroni mix
2 C water
1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes
1/2 t salt
Directions
Melt butter in a 3-qt.
Flameproof casserole; brown chicken.
Remove the chicken from the pan.
Brown the rice-macaroni.
Stir in the contents of flavor packet, water, tomatoes and salt.
Arrange chicken pieces in this mixture, cover, and bake for 40 minutes at 350° F.
Remove cover during the last ten minutes.
