Ingredients

 3 whole boneless chicken breasts, skin removed, cut into 1 x 2 -in pieces

Directions

In 2-qt casserole blend all ingredients except chicken.
Stir in chicken pieces; cover.
Microwave at High 8 to 14 minutes, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, and liquid is absorbed, stirring once or twice.
