Arlaine's Spinach-Filled Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
6 medium to large tomatoes
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen spinach souffle, barely thawed
Directions
Hollow out tomatoes and drain.
Spoon thawed spinach souffle into tomato shells, being careful not to overfill.
Place each tomato in a foil baking cup on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350° F.
