Arizona Chicken Recipe

1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. water
4 lb. chicken parts

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
Put all the ingredients except the chicken and lime in the bowl of a food processor and process to a smooth paste.
Put the chicken in a large baking dish or small roasting pan.
Spread the spice paste over the chicken and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
