 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Bay Leaf1
 Mustard seeds3/4 Teaspoon
 Dried dill1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery seeds1/4 Teaspoon
 Cauliflower500 Gram
 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
 2 zucchini (courgettes), sliced
 1 potato, peeled and chopped
 Carrot1 , sliced
 1 green apple, cored and chopped
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat oil in a large, heavy-based pan.
Saute onion, bay leaf, mustard seeds, dill and celery seeds until onion is tender but not brown.
Add cauliflower, tomatoes, zucchini, potato, carrot and apple.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Cook, stirring, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
