 Powdered sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tablespoons Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur
 Apricots16

Directions

Beat together the cheese, sugar, and Cointreau and mound in a serving bowl.
Chill.
When ready to serve, surround with halved apricots.
