Apricots With Sour Cream Custard Topping Recipe

| Apricots | 825 Gram, drained | |
| Half cup castor sugar | ||
| Self raising flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 250g carton sour cream | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon and sugar | ||
Directions
1. Arrange apricots over base of pie plate (base measurement 20cm diameter).
2. Combine remaining ingredients except cinnamon and sugar. Pour over apricots, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, cook on HIGH for eight to ten minutes. Stand five minutes or until custard is completely set.
