Apricot Salad Recipe

Pamper your palate with this Apricot Salad recipe. Best enjoyed as a Side Dish, this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. I would really appreciate a feedback on this recipe of Apricot Salad.

Ingredients

 
Apricot halves - 8, drained
 
Salad greens
 
Celery - 2 tbsp. chopped
 
Pecans - 2 tbsp., chopped
 
Salad dressing - 4 tbsp.
 
Whipped cream - 4 tbsp.
 
Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place a layer of salad greens.
2) Arrange the apricots over the leaves.
3) Mix together celery and pecans.
4) Add the salad dressing and whipped cream.
5) Add in the salt and blend well.

SERVING
6) When ready to serve, add the dressing onto the apricot halves.
