2 cans apricot puree, or fresh apricot puree
2 tblspns, orange juice
1/4-cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipped cream
Directions
Stir the sugar and the orange juice into the puree and beat until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream.
Chill, decorate and serve as a sweet.
Can also be used as a filling between two layers of sponge cake.
