Apricot Ribbon Ring Recipe

Ingredients
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 envelopes unf lavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. apricot nectar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 7 oz. bottle
7 Up
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Soften gel atin in cold water and pineapple syrup.
Heat apricot nectar to boiling; stir in softened gelatin until completely dissolved.
Add salt, lemon juice and pineapple.
Cool to room tem perature.
Carefully add 7 Up, stirring as little as possible.
Fill a 5 1/2 cup ring mold one third full; chill until firm.
