Ingredients

 
1 cup peeled, sliced fresh apricots
 
1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peaches
 
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
 
3 tablespoons water
 
2 tablespoons white vinegar
 
1 tablespoon white raisins
 
1 tablespoon chopped onion
 
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
 
2 teaspoons lime juice
 
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

Combine oil ingredients in a large non-aluminum saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
Chill thoroughly before serving with pork.
