Apricot-Peach Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Peaches | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| White vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon white raisins | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Mustard seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine oil ingredients in a large non-aluminum saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Cook, uncovered, 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
Chill thoroughly before serving with pork.
