Directions

Combine one 12-ounce can apricot nectar, 1 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice, and 2 tablespoons sugar; stir till sugar is dissolved.
Freeze in 3-cup refrigerator tray till almost firm.
With fork, break mixture into small pieces.
Spoon into sherbets.
Garnish with mint sprigs.
Serve immediately.
