 2 lb thick beef or pork sausages

 1/2 cup apricot nectar

 Brown sugar1 Tablespoon (Apricot sauce:)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, grated (Apricot sauce:)
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon (Apricot sauce:)
 Salt1 Teaspoon (Apricot sauce:)
 Dried oregano1/2 Teaspoon (Apricot sauce:)
 Few drops Tabasco sauce

Directions

Barbecue sausages over medium coals, turning frequently and basting with the sauce while cooking.
Barbecue sausages for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
Reheat remaining sauce and serve with the sausages.
