Cooking spray
1/3 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons spicy hot mustard
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon peeled grated fresh ginger
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Arrange ham slices in a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Combine preserves and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
Spoon mixture evenly over ham slices.
Cover and bake at 325° for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
