1 raisin English muffin, split in half and toasted
2 teaspoons each margarine, melted, and reduced-calorie apricot spread (16 calories per 2 teaspoons), heated

Peel banana and cut in half crosswise, then cut each half in half lengthwise.
Place muffin halves on broiling pan or on a sheet of foil; top each half with 2 banana quarters and drizzle with half of the melted margarine.
