Apricot Gelatin Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 packages orange flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 can apricots, drained, liquid reserved | ||
| 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, liquid reserved | ||
| 2 cups combined apricot and pineapple liquid, divided | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cut each apricot into 3 pieces.
Combine fruits and marshmallows.
Add 1 cup of combined liquid to gelatin and reserve remaining liquid.
Chill until thickened and fold in fruits and marshmallows.
Pour into a lightly oiled 12 x 8 inch pan and spread with Topping.
