Apricot Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 No. 2 1/2 can pitted apricots
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until smooth; add egg, blend- ing well.
Drain apricots; peel and mash.
Add butter mixture to apricots.
Yield: cakes or 1 oblong cake Frosts two 9-inch layer.
