Apricot Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup soft dried apricots
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups soft,stale bread crumbs,packed
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Combine apricots and water in saucepan, and bring to boil.
Simmer 5 minutes; then drain, reserving liquid, and cut into strips.
Mix strips with remaining ingredients, and moisten slightly with water from apricots, if necessary.
