Apricot-Coconut Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricots | 3 Cup (48 tbs), ground | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Flaked coconut | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Powdered sugar | 3 (as required) |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the apricots, condensed milk, and coconut.
2) Refrigerate for several hours.
3) Shape into 1-inch balls.
4) Allow to stand for several hours.
5) Store, loosely covered.
SERVING
6) Coat with powdered sugar just before serving.
