Apricot Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients
1 (3 pound) chicken, cut up, or 6 chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (4 to 6 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Arrange the chicken skin side up in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Combine the salad dressing, soup mix, apricot preserves and curry powder in a small bowl and mix well.
Pour the apricot mixture evenly over the chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 to 11/2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour.
