 Worcestershire sauce1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce1 Dash

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Baste meat with Apricot Barbecue Sauce during barbecuing and serve remainder of sauce separately.
This sauce keeps well for 1-2 weeks, if stored in a sealed container in a refrigerator.
