Ingredients

 Dried apricots500 Gram, chopped
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sultanas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind1 Tablespoon, grated
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mustard powder1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tablespoon pectin

Directions

1.
Combine apricots, water, vinegar, sultanas, orange rind and juice in a 3-litre casserole, Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on HIGH.
2.
Stir in mustard, sugar and pectin.
Cook, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes on HIGH, stirring 2-3 times during cooking.
3.
Test that chutney sets.
4.
Pour into sterilised jars and seal.
