Apricot Yogurt Ice Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 1-pound 14-ounce can unsweetened pitted apricots | ||
| 2 packages unfavored gelatin | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Plain yogurt | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dark rum | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fruit Sauce | ||
| Toasted slivered almonds | ||
Directions
Drain apricots, reserving liquid.
Mix gelatin with 1/3 cup liquid.
Bring remaining liquid to boil and pour into gelatin mixture.
Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Place apricots, honey, yogurt, sugar and rum in blender or processor and whirl until smooth.
Stir apricot puree into gelatin mixture.
Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions, or freeze in refrigerator trays, beating 2 or 3 times during freezing process.
