Apricot Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
12 prepared tart shells
1 cup fresh apricots, cut in eighths
2 tsp lemon juice
2 drops almond extract
12 tsp prepared nondairy whipped topping
Directions
Combine apricots, lemon juice, and almond extract in a bowl.
Toss to mix.
Fold apricots into nondairy whipped topping.
Divide mixture evenly between the 12 tart shells.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
