Apricot Swizzle Recipe
Ingredients
| Instant tea powder - 4 teaspoons | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Apricot nectar - 1 can (12-ounce) (1 1/2 cups) | ||
| Aromatic bitters - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Frozen lemonade concentrate - 1 can(6-ounces), thawed | ||
| Ginger ale - 1 bottle(28-ounces), chilled (3 1/2 cups) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small saucepan mix tea, sugar, nectar, bitters and 2 cups cold water stirring till sugar dissolves.
2. Just before serving add concentrate and several ice cubes and stir.
3. Slowly add ginger ale and mix gently.
SERVING
4. Pour into tea glasses, garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve.
