Apricot Sweet 'N' Sour Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried apricots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shallot | 1 | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ketchup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a small saucepan, add apricots along with water.
2 Bring to a boil and reduce the heat.
3 Simmer for about 30 minutes, until tender.
4 Keep aside to slightly cool.
5 In a food processor or blender, put the apricots with liquid (about 1/2 cup).
6 Blend until smooth.
7 In a medium saucepan, add the blended apricots along with the remaining ingredients.
8 Bring the sauce to a boil.

9 Serve as desired.
