Apricot Strawberry Frappe Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup apricot nectar | ||
| Orange juice | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup frozen sweetened strawberries, partially thawed | ||
| Mint leaves | ||
| Strawberry slices | ||
| Lemon slices | ||
Directions
In a blender container combine apricot nectar, orange juice, honey and lemon juice.
Process until mixed.
Add strawberries.
Process until smooth and thickened.
Into glasses pour fruit mixture.
Garnish each with mint leaf, strawberry slice and lemon twist.
