Apricot Souffle Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package orange-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Celery | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 4 or 5 apricots, peeled and sliced | ||
| Apple | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cold water and lemon juice.
Chill till partially set; whip till fluffy.
On low speed of mixer, beat in mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Fold in celery.
Arrange apricot and apple slices in a 5 to 5 1/2 cup mold; carefully spoon in gelatin.
Chill till firm.
