| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Inch | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1. Soak the apricots for at least half an hour in a suitable casserole
MAKING
2. Add cinnamon stick to the apricots, cover and microwave for five minutes; allow to cool and remove the cinnamon stick
3. In an electric blender, puree the apricots and add to the casserole along with sugar and orange juice; microwave for two minutes
SERVING
4. Goes well with baked pudding or ice cream
