Apricot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried apricots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 slices lemon, including rind | ||
| Hot water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook slowly for approximately 20 minutes.
Cool, then puree in electric blender.
Serve hot or cold.
Can be used as an alternate to cognac in Crepes Suzette recipe or as a topping for ice cream or puddings.
