Apricot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
250 gm dry apricots
 
4 tbsp sugar
 
1 tsp lemon juice to taste
 
1 tsp cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Directions

Wash apricots.
Add 2 cups water.
Simmer on low flame until the fruit is very soft.
Take out seeds.
Blend in a mixer.
Strain.
Add sugar & cornflour.
Cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add lemon juice to taste.
Chill.
