Apricot Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large ripe apricots | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Green olives | 6 , chopped | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Crisp lettuce | ||
| French Dressing | ||
Directions
1. Wash the apricots, cut them in halves, remove the seeds. They may be peeled or not.
2. Mix the celery, olives, walnuts, mayonnaise, salt and paprika. Pile this mixture into the apricot centers.
3. Lay apricots on chilled, washed lettuce.
