Apricot Pineapple Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Dried apricots | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves , minced | ||
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Dijon-style mustard - 1 tablespoon | ||
| Cider vinegar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato puree | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a saucepan, add all the ingredients.
2 Over medium heat, simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Transfer to a food processor fitted with a steel blade when cooled.
4 Process for 15 - 20 seconds.
SERVING
5 Serve as desired.
