Apricot Pineapple Jam Recipe
If you ask me, this Apricot Pineapple Jam recipe is the best in the world. That is why I am so excited about sharing this with you. This is the most comforting Breakfast recipe I have come across. An incredible Apricot Pineapple Jam gets its taste from Fruits. I cant believe you just have not tried my Apricot Pineapple Jam recipe, yet.
Ingredients
1/4 pound dried apricots, finely chopped
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (reserve syrup)
Water
6 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2-6 ounce bottle liquid pectin
Directions
Combine apricots and reserved syrup in 4-cup glass measure.
Cook at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes, and at MEDIUM 3 to 4 minutes, or until apricots are soft.
Add pineapple and enough water to equal 3 1/2 cups.
In large bowl, thoroughly combine fruit mixture, sugar and lemon juice.
Cook at HIGH 19 to 21 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full boil; stir occasionally during first 7 minutes.
Cook at HIGH an additional 1 minute.
Stir in pectin and skim off any foam; stir and skim foam for about 7 minutes.
Ladle into sterilized jars; seal with paraffin.
