 Whole wheat flour3/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Oat bran1 Cup(16 tbs)
 Wheat germ1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Baking powder2 Teaspoon
 Orange juice1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Packed brown sugar1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Vegetable oil2 Tablespoon
 Buttermilk1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Eggs2
 Pecans1/3 Cup(16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Combine whole wheat flour, oat bran, wheat germ and baking powder; set aside.
Place orange juice in small bowl.
Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute.
Add brown sugar, apricots and orange peel.
Cool slightly.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine oil, buttermilk and eggs in large bowl.
Add apricot, orange and flour mixture.
Stir just to combine ingredients.
Spoon batter into two 6-cup greased muffin pans.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°F or until tops spring back when touched lightly with finger.
