Ingredients

 2 3-Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, Softened
 Sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Egg1
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 1 Slightly Beaten Egg
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dried apricots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1 17-Oz. Apricot-Nut Quick Bread Mix

Directions

Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, beat in the first egg, the orange peel.
Set mixture aside.
Combine the slightly beaten egg, orange juice and water.
Add Quick Bread and apricots, stirring till moistened.
Turn two-thirds of the apricot batter into greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
Pour cream cheese mixture over top; spoon on remaining apricot batter.
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour.
Cool 10 min.; remove from pan.
Cool, wrap in foil; refrigerate.
