Apricot Marmalade Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried apricots | 2 Pound | |
| Oranges | 12 | |
| Grapefruit | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Sugar | ||
Directions
Soak the apricots in water to cover overnight.
Peel the oranges and grapefruit and remove the white rind.
Cut the apricots, oranges and grapefruit in pieces and add the lemon juice and pineapple.
Measure the combined fruits and add an equal amount of sugar.
Cook, stirring carefully, until thick.
Fill sterilized glasses to 1/2 inch from the top and seal.
