Apricot Glazed Pineapple Sundaes Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot preserves | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of ground cinnamon | ||
| 4 (1-inch-thick) peeled fresh pineapple slices | ||
| 1 cup vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt | ||
Directions
1. Place preserves in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 10 seconds or until preserves melt.
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon; stir well. Place pineapple slices on a broiler pan. Brush pineapple with preserves, and sprinkle with cinnamonsugar. Broil 5 minutes or until bubbly. Serve pineapple warm with frozen yogurt.
