Apricot Glazed Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot jam | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard | ||
| Rosemary leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon, dried | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 lamb shoulder or blade chops, cut 3/4 inch thick | ||
Directions
Combine apricot jam, vinegar, mustard, rosemary, salt, garlic and pepper in small saucepan; cook slowly, stirring, until melted.
Grill lamb chops, on uncovered grill, over medium coals 14 to 16 minutes for medium, turning once.
Brush both sides with glaze several times during grilling.
