| Corn flakes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoning salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Mustard | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup commercial barbecue sauce | ||
| Apricot jam | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
Shape into 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls.
Transfer to a buttered roasting pan.
Lightly brown in oven 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend barbecue sauce and apricot jam.
Set aside.
Remove meatballs from oven.
Coat with sauce.
Continue cooking 5-10 minutes.
