Apricot Glazed Chicken Recipe

2 1/2 to 3 pound chicken, cut into serving pieces
 
3/4 cup apricot preserves
 
1/2 cup bottled red Russian dressing
 
2 envelopes (1/4 oz. ea.) instant onion soup

Directions

Arrange chicken in 12x8'-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at HIGH 9 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is almost tender; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Cook chicken, uncovered, at MEDIUM 5 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until chicken is glazed.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
