Directions
1) In a saucepan, mix together jam, water, sugar and bring to boil.
2) Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
3) In a cup, mix together cornsrarch and cold water,
4) Add the cornstarch mixture to the jam mixture and cook until the mixture is thick and clear.
5) Stir in the extract.
SERVING
6) Serve as desired.
