Apricot Frappe Recipe
Ingredients
| Light rum | 1 1/2 Ounce | |
| Apricot | 1 Ounce, flavored | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Ounce | |
| Curacao | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Egg white | 1/2 | |
| Ice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Orange slice | 1 |
Directions
Put the rum, apricot-flavored brandy, lemon juice, curacao, egg white and crushed ice into an electric blender.
Whirl for 15 seconds on a low speed.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with orange slice.
