Apricot Dipping Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot preserves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger root | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a small saucepan over low heat combine apricot preserves, gingerroot, vinegar and mustard.
Heat until preserves melt and ingredients are blended, stirring constantly.
