Apricot Covered Cheese Bar Recipe

| Dried apricots | 1/ 2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped (Apricot Jam:) | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Apricot Jam:) | |
| Dates | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Apricot Jam:) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 8 Ounce (Also:) |
Directions
Soak apricots in pineapple juice in a bowl for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Puree apricots and juice in a blender with chopped dates. Set cream cheese bar in the center of a 9-inch serving plate. Spoon jam over top. Surround with crackers or party breads.
